A space to redefine our everyday triggers, to come back to a blank slate and co-create our path. This 60 minute interactive session invites you to be comfortable, but to be fully present. To allow for expansion, growth and an out of the box experience.

We suggest you dress comfortably. Feel free to bring a journal, blanket, water, mat, chair or whatever you need to be your most comfortable.
