Join us at YHL for our monthly healing collective! This 90 minute session will be led by Emily Richter. We will come together on our mats for gentle soft yoga, drop into a guided meditation, and enjoy sound bowl vibrations intended to help balance our nervous systems, invigorate joy, and leave feeling with peace.
