Gentle Yoga & Meditation
6:30pm - 7:45pm
This yoga practice includes meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), and gentle movements intended to help you connect with your body. Accessible poses will strengthen and lengthen your muscles within your body's ability and can increase flexibility and easeful joint movement.
Allow yourself these 75 minutes to turn your attention inward and get your mind and body in sync so that you can return to the world more grounded, more connected, and more fully alive.
