Tuesday Morning Yoga Vinyasa Flow
9:30am - 10:30am
Start your day off with a 60 minute vinyasa. Flowing from slow to a more warming practice with the intention of waking up the body & mind.
*Classes can be for any level as modifications will be offered*
Please bring your own mat, blocks, water, and anything else you may need for your practice.
