Monday's Starting April 10th
Built to be accessible for everyone, this will consist of low intensity but high impact movement. Some yoga will be incorporated throughout the class.
There is a weight work section of the class, if you would like to bring your own 1-2 pound weights you can (but not mandatory, as we do have them).
As with all of our classes, the instructor will provide modifications if needed.
$15 at the door.
